SHADOWS OF THE NEON CITY: THE QUEEN & THE STRAY is a illustrated comic cover design created from the given word “shadow”, depicting a series set in a world at war bewteen technology and tradition.

In The Neon City, bright lights fill the skies where The Enlightened reign supreme, although what lies benath the underbelly of the city, those cast out from this new society, Shadows, a rebel group seeking tradition, lurk in the darkest corners of The Neon City. These Shdows hope to dismantle the current structure of the city from the inside.

Hush, a young Shadow with a strong sense of justice, lost his parents to The Neon City at a young age. They, along with Lull and Alto, their dual swords, plan to avenge the family taken from them by the city.

Though where Hush sought vengeance, their older sister, Piper, chose the easy route, abandoning her blade, quickly rising to the top of The Neon City. As an Enlightnened, Piper searches for her nuisance of a sibling, Hush, in hopes they will give up their childish revenge, joining her in The Neon City.
